Rokd operates an online retail store serving customers in Australia. We sell products through this website and fulfil orders via authorised partners. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

1. Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept when we send an order confirmation email.
2. We may cancel orders (e.g. stock unavailable, pricing error, suspected fraud) and will refund you.
3. You must provide accurate delivery and contact details.

• Prices shown include GST where applicable for Australian consumers.
• Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments or other providers shown at checkout.
• We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already accepted.
