30-day returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions if your item qualifies.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items
Hygiene-sensitive products, personalised items, and final-sale items may not be eligible for return. This will be noted on the product page where applicable.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
